Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga literally translates to the "Sun and the Moon".
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga, or "Flow" yoga is a vigorous style of Yoga. You can expect to move through Sun Salutations and work on breathing exercises in this challenging class.
The styles of Yoga taught at Body Balance are invigorating, a great way to start or end your day. Our instructors occasionally include inversions in class, but don't feel pressured, as we always encourage you to keep in touch with your body. Our instructors know the difference between pushing yourself to the limits and pushing yourself beyond your limits, so come prepared with a bottle of water and comfortable Yoga mat for a Yoga class that goes beyond basic repition of moves
