Hsing Yi, according to Grandmaster Look, is the "Easiest form to learn, but the hardest to master". You will be able to see why, as the movements seem elementary to the naked eye. But as you progress, you will feel the power in your movements as you balance your internal chi and your external movement.
Ba Gua instruction will include walking the circle and how to change directions while condentrating on your inner chi movement.
* We HIGHLY recommend that everyone take the opportunity to attend all of Grandmaster Look's courses. You will walk away from the the course and the retreat with a new view on how your body works, the most important medicine for any sickness. |
