NEW - LIFELONG HEALTH STUDY at Body Balance -
To better measure the positive health effects that learning and practicing Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Yoga have on the body, Body Balance is conducting a longitudinal study. We see this as an exciting way to measure your progress and keep tabs on all the amazing accomplishments that you've noticed, and even some that you haven't!
New Beginning Tai Chi and QI Gong class to start October 1st
Due to popular demand there will be a new Beginner's class starting October 1st which will incorporate basic Qi Gong movements with basic Tai Chi movements. This fun class is for all ages and physical levels.

After School at Body Balance - Open at 3:30 M-TH, homework hours until Kung Fu starts at 5PM - This is a quiet time only! please no cell phones or conversations during Tai Chi classes Tuesday and Thursday!
